We’re Studio IV, and we’ve been a medical spa here in Grimes, IA, since 2021. We specialize in IV hydration, and we offer Dysport and Fillers, Body Sculpting, Facial Peels, and more. We started this business because the owner Melissa had an interest in creating a health spa and a passion for helping others to feel their best. We are all licensed and certified in all services that we provide, and have a welcoming atmosphere at our spa. We look forward to serving this growing area! Jazzercise is a total-body workout that includes cardio/aerobics, strength training/muscle toning, and stretching. Dance moves, Yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing, and more is incorporated into each 60-minute class. Certified instructors provide easy to follow cues, safety and technique tips, and modifications for all ages and fitness levels. We believe that fitness can and should be fun.
