Metro Family Fitness is the fifth Family Fitness location in Michigan. The Clinton Township site is a 32,000 sq ft facility OPEN 24 HOURS. It is the most equipped gym in Macomb County with 115 stations of equipment, 50 stations of cardio, a cardio theatre, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, recumbent bikes, and upright bikes.
The club features a separate AEROBIC STUDIO and a SPIN STUDIO, offering over 60 group classes weekly. There are a variety of classes such as ZUMBA, yoga, pilates, boot camp, stability ball, powersculpt, kickboxing, boxing, self defense and much more.
The brand new ladies only section is a private area for stretching and abdominal exercises, this area also features a circuit of Paramount Lady while still giving access to the rest of the facility.
