At Karate John's, our goal is to develop confidence, respect, and discipline in our students while having fun learning practical self-defense skills. We are character builders. Students are taught that karate is for self-defense, not fighting. They are taught that the skills learned are not to be practiced on their siblings, family members, neighbors, classmates, or at the playground.

Yoga has become so popular nowadays due to the fact that people are looking to find more holistic ways to heal their bodies, mind and soul. Through the various techniques we use during our Yoga practice, including pranayama (breathing), guided meditation, and learning to be in the moment; we create a healthy environment in which to live. In addition to our wonderful Yoga classes, we also offer Pilates, PiYo and Zumba classes. Many of our Specialty classes such as Hot Yoga are seasonal and enjoyed by our students and their friends.
