Dr. Daliya Heng, born and raised in Southern California, earned her bachelor's degree in Social Ecology from the University of California, Irvine. Her passion for medicine led her to pursue a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Western University of Health Sciences. She was not only a standout student but also a founding president of the American Association for Women Podiatrists. Her leadership and academic excellence were recognized as she was the recipient for AAWP Founders Scholarship.

Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, Illinois. He also earned a wound care specialist certification.
