Cathy Gregory has 21 years experience and has served in community mental health, an outpatient crisis center specializing in all forms of abuse, a psychiatric emergency room, a university counseling center, and in private practice. Her practice includes therapy for adults, children ages 10 and above, couples, and families. Her passion has been and remains to assist individuals and families in sorting out confusion, healing misperceptions, repairing interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, building confidence and skills, improving self-esteem, developing identity, and reducing and even eliminating the terror, loss and pain that can accompany the trauma that impacts people's lives.
