OUR VALUES
The Authority of Scripture
The Bible is our final authority in all things. It is the food and nourishment that our souls need. Our desire is that the Bible would be our constant diet and the source and filter for everything we say. In regards to how we function as a church our goal is to follow the pattern laid out for us in Scripture and to prioritize what the Bible prioritizes (Acts 2:42, 1 Timothy 3:14-15, 2 Timothy 3:14-17.
The Supremacy of God
We are committed to making much of the glory of God as a church. Our prayer is that we would cultivate a church culture where God's supremacy is joyfully celebrated and magnifying his glory is constantly pursued. This means that we seek to put ourselves in the background and put God front and center in all that we do (Ephesians 3:20-21, 1 Peter 2:9-10).
The Centrality of the Gospel
We are convinced that the gospel is the message of first importance- always and for everyone. This means that the gospel is not only central and primary in salvation, but also in sanctification; in how christians change and grow. As one author put it, "the gospel is not just the diving board, it's the pool." In light of this, we strive to keep the gospel central and to take our people ever deeper into it (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Romans 1:16, Titus 2:11-14).
The Priority of People
We believe God has called us to put a premium on and invest in people; both people inside the church as we live in community together and people outside the church as we serve them and share the gospel with them. In God's design it is disciples (people) who make disciples (people). Our goal is to facilitate relationships and equip our people for this mission of making and maturing disciples (Matthew 28:16-20, 1 Corinthians 12:12-26, Ephesians 4:1-16, Colossians 3:16, Hebrews 10:23-25).

Our congregation is currently served by two wonderful pastors. The Rev. Steve Fiechter comes to us from New Jersey, via Orange County. A dynamic and energetic man who has revitalized a dying congregation into a community of people focused on self-exploration of our congregations role in the Body of Christ. Come to the 10 am service to participate in great liturgy and listen to Pastor Steve as he brings the Gospel to your daily life.
The Rev. Cesar Arroyo serves the Spanish speaking side of Faith. A dynamic speaker and a man of a generous heart, Pastor Cesar has built a solid foundation for our Hispanic community from a group of 1 to nearly 100 five years later. If you speak Spanish, come listen to Pastor Cesar open the Gospel before your eyes, and if you don't, come anyhow.
