Ms. Shimer is a member of Colorado Bar Association, Boulder Bar Association, and several other professional associations. Ms. Shimer resides in the mountains above Boulder. She helps run a nonprofit meditation center and has been teaching meditation and yoga for 20-plus years. Her favorite downtime is spent taking long hikes in the mountains with her yellow lab, Ben.
