In June 2010, iCreate was founded on the basis that students have creative ideas, universities and research labs are developing innovative tools to access these ideas, and we provide the missing link through 3 means: (1) Training teachers who then train other teachers. (2) Developing lessons flexible enough to fit into existing curriculum. (3) Providing access to simple, effective technology. The technology at the core of our current offerings to accomplish these 3 things is SAM Animation, a stop-motion animation software developed by Tufts University with support of the National Science Foundation, which will change the way students express their ideas in classrooms around the world.
