Generate community interest in and support for development /construction projects. Develop and implement a program to gather information concerning community issues and concerns in the project area. Incorporate relevant public concerns and input into project development. Identify community stakeholders with the capacity of undertaking job training, recruitment and related services. Such stakeholders shall include community-based organizations, educational facilities, business concerns, local development corporations and faith-based economic and community development organizations.
