Judy Nelson is an experienced executive coach serving clients both near her home in California and worldwide via virtual interactions. After graduating with a degree in social work, Judy's first go around in the world or work was as a nonprofit CEO for such organizations as Hollygrove, a shelter for homeless children, Orangewood Children's Foundation, and the Children's Bureau of Southern California. After retiring from her initial career, Judy decided to take up an "Encore career," but this time on her own terms. Judy earned her nonprofit leadership certificate from the College of Executive Coaching in 2006 and began her newest career as an Executive Coach serving C-suite professionals primarily in the world of nonprofits. Along the way, Judy has made a national name for herself in the industry by becoming a Forbes Coaches Council Member and writing pieces in Forbes about conscious and effective leadership.
