I have been a Certified Sommelier since 1999 and ran the wine cellar for Top o' The Cove in La Jolla Ca. and opened La Valencia's Ocean Villas, training the butler staff and running the wine cellar with my long time friend Jeff Hoover, the Sommelier at La Valencia.
