Our History: Elias DeHerrera and Camelia DeHerrera are registered and bonded Legal Document Assistants who have been providing self-help services with legal documents for over 25 years. In addition, they provide services to attorneys as independent paralegals. In 1987 they founded D&C Paralegal Service in San Jose, California (Santa Clara County). The name was later changed and is now known as D&C LDA HELP. LDA Help is a family owned business. Camelia and Elias(owner and co-owner) are also both bilingual (Spanish). In June of 2011, Elias and Camelia DeHerrera moved to beautiful San Diego County, their long-time desired location. They then opened a second office in the City of San Marcos, California.
