We offer Senior Citizen fall prevention workshops and exercise programs for seniors with and without ailments such as our Parkinson's program. We also offer Corporate wellness, if your company can provide the space, we can provide the classes. We currently hold classes at some local community centers which include senior walking classes as well as Kiddy Kung Fu and woman and girls self defense classes. In addition, we offer in home massage, personal one-on-one training and home videos for your convenience. BAMMA's FatFighter Bootcamp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss focused semi-private group training session that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training using your own body weight and a range of small fitness equipment. The program is designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
The program has been designed by Lori Henderson, MS, who has more than 25 years experience in the fitness industry and her reputation is best known in developing athletes in MMA, ballet, and football as well as everyday athletes overcoming physical challenges in weight loss, back & knee injury recovery, MS and cancer recovery. Each camp is led by an experienced, certified NASM personal trainer (and sometimes Lori herself!) and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. She has developed our exclusive periodized training regimen which includes the 4 essentials of fitness --resistance, cardio, core stabilization, and flexibility. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, therefore, programs are modified and designed to give you that toned, lean and healthy body you want.
Unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, the BAMMA FatFighter training sessions are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
Unlike traditional health clubs or big box MMA training gyms you'll never feel intimidated or deal with overcrowding, as we limit the membership to each BootCamp training camp. So our time is reserved for you and there is always a spot for you on the mat. Best of all, we never yell at you or treat you like you're in a military boot camp like other boot camp programs may do.
When you walk into Body Architecture, you'll find a clean, modern, non-intimidating fitness/MMA training center that's focused on helping you burn off body fat, tone up your muscles, and teaching you a lifestyle of healthy eating and habits. We're personal trainers, and that's what we do best.
Also, our studio trains bare foot. While you can train in mat shoes, we prefer to have you gain the strength and improve your overall posture and mobility using what you were born with--your bare feet!
