Using the NLP (neuro-linguistics programming) methodology, I coach individuals to get to the "root" of their non-resourceful "childhood issues" that influence choices and behaviors in adulthood that creates depression, anger, frustration, anxiety, stress, etc. Through the NLP coaching processes and techniques, the individual is guided to tap into their positive and productive "resources" that everyone has within themselves, and learns how to easily and effortlessly access these. When I work with couples, after first having the opportunity to work with each partner individually, they now come together to learn positive communication skills while each honor each other's feelings, history and preferences. They now can move on to live their lives in a whole, new way!
