About Kris Allen Kris Allen is a CA State Certified Massage Therapist, as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher. She has just completed a 2 year, 500 hour Kinesiology program gaining knowledge as a Health & Wellness Practitioner from the Kinesiology Institute of Southern California.
