I named my massage practice Zusanli Massage and Bodywork. Zusanli also known as Stomach 36 is one of the most frequently used of all acupuncture points in the art of Acupressure, Acupuncture and both Japanese and Chinese massage. The Chinese name Zusanli means "Leg Three Miles" and tradition has it that in ancient times, most individuals traveled on foot. Stimulation of Zusanli would relieve fatigue dramatically enough that the effects would allow one to travel another three miles. Through my massage practice I assist my clients in gaining and maintaining over all wellness and strength through deep tissue, sport, and relaxation massage infused with technices found in shiatsu and craniosacral therapy.
