Just Becauz Caterers has been in business (officially) for approximately three (3) years, we have been catering to clients here in the US as well as the Caribbean. However we would like to think that we have been in business far longer than that because Patricia has been catering for parties and other events since she was a teenager. At JUST BECAUZ, we believe that our name speaks for itself...We cook Just for the love of it, it's calming and soothing just to see how raw ingredients are transformed into awesome dishes that your family and friends love to enjoy and it is with this passion and prompting from so many "Testers" along the way that we know our food/dishes speaks volumes to the hearts and souls of so many people. We specialize in Caribbean and American Cuisine and try to keep true to their origins. There are many Caribbean countries, but Patricia loves the flavors from Trinidad and Tobago, with its rich East Indian and European flavors and that combined with American Cuisine makes such an awesome combination to share with her clientele.
