ROC teaches contemporary Pilates with a neutral spine where every move will engage and challenge your core, building strength and agility. Our experienced instructors are Pilates certified. We offer beginner classes for the newbie up to advanced so experienced members can take it up to the next level. Classes flow from move to move at a progressive pace as the class level goes up.
