Our goal at Water Workouts is to bridge the gap between physical therapy or re-hab to community programs by way of gravity free water exercises. When you are still limited and sore, but need to move ahead with your healing, water exercise is the perfect bridge. You do not need to know how to swim. Classes consist of water walking; endurance and strengthening exercises; stretching; aerobic and relaxation. There is a mixture of these introduced into each class. Water temperature is just right, 80-83 degrees. Often the water is 88 degrees. You will always have the right to work at your own pace. You will receive personal attention if you so desire. There are no membership dues. No monthly dues. You just pay for a month at a time for the twice a week offerings. Skipping a month is your right and you won't be charged for the month(s) you decide not to attend.
