The Sonoma County Family YMCA is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Sonoma County residents in the areas of Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility. Did you know that we are the ' largest swim lesson provider? Did you know we are one of the largest childcare providers in Sonoma County, serving 1,500 kids a day? Did you know we offer scholarships to those in need for all of our programs so anyone, regardless of financial ability, can benefit from YMCA programs? In addition, our facility offers a full array of cardio, strength & multi-functional equipment, over 70 group exercise classes per week(both land & water), cycle studio, indoor basketball court, batting cages, personal training, lifestyle change & chronic disease programs, as well as an indoor lap pool & warm water therapy pool. In the community we offer camps, childcare, youth sports, teen leadership programs and early learning programs for infants through preschool age.
