My journey with becoming a Beachbody Coach began in 2008 while I was planning my own wedding. I had the perfect dress, the most beautiful flowers picked out and everything was perfect. Then I looked in the mirror and realized that how I looked was not the way I wanted to be seen on the most important day of my life. The years of stress, over indulging and having children had turned my body into something that was no longer acceptable to me. This is the day I purchased my first program, Insanity. I followed the program exactly and after sixty days, I was a brand new person. I had lost over fifty pounds and I felt great. When I walked down the aisle on my wedding day, I was toned, lean and felt absolutely beautiful. I purchased more programs over the years and continued to stay in shape.
