They both had great life change and understand the process of getting in shape. At CrossFit LightHouse, everyone should feel welcome and motivated to do their best and be pushed harder. Our facility is twice the size of our competitors. There is no wait period for classes or dealing with the hassle of reserving ahead of time. Additionally, there is plenty of equipment to go around with no wait to use it. There is plenty of space for an athlete to workout without worrying about being injured by a barbell or a somebody swinging a kettlebell.
