We decided In 2014 to open our first 1,000 sq ft location we never dreamed we would be where we are now, in our new 16,000 sq ft facility. We have grown from a small sports performance facility to now being able to offer Iron Luck CrossFit, Open Gym memberships, Sports Performance On & Off-Site and our newest competitive Weightlifting team. We strive daily to bring Central PA the very best location and we try to have a positive impact on as many people's lives as we can.
