Austin Adventure Boot Camp is a 4-week fitness program created by renowned fitness expert Stephanie McDonald. We were established in 2005 and are one of Austin's oldest and most trusted boot camps. We offer classes throughout Austin several times per day. We're in NW, SW, CENT Austin as well as Round Rock and Bee Caves. We host women's only morning classes and co-ed classes in the evening. We also offer a free Saturday class that is open to the public.
Through the energy and encouragement of our knowledgeable leadership, Austin Adventure Boot Camp motivates women of all fitness levels in the Austin area to a higher level of health and wellness.
