I was so embarrassed about my weight that I would take any picture of me, regardless of who was in it with me, and crop it so you could only see my head. If this was not possible I would delete the photograph. If someone else tried to take a picture of me, I always made sure I stood behind someone, turned sideways or had something in front of me. I was so ridiculous that soon everyone stopped taking photos of me. I have lost 65 pounds, almost 15 inches off my waist, 9 inches off my hips and can run a 5K, tie my shoes, wear socks, and carry anything on my hour glass waistline.
