Exotic Aquatics is a retail store that specializes in saltwater aquariums and saltwater livestock. There is just 2 of us here at Exotic Aquatics and that consists of the owner Kurt and his son Jimmy. Kurt has over 50 years of aquarium experience and Jimmy has over 25 years exprience in the business/hobby. When it comes to the aquarium aspect of the hobby we will sell you a 5 gal tank and teach you how to successfully run it or a 5,000 gal tank and teach you how to successfuly run it also!. Since its only the 2 of us you will not just get good informaion but you will also get personal attention. I am proud to say that 95% of our customers are not just customers but also friends, If you have a problem with your tank we will drive over in the dead of the night to see if we can save your tank. We will treat you the way we would want to be treated as a customer whether you had a million dollars to spend or ten dollars to spend. Now for the customers that don't want to mess with doing the maintenance on the aquarium we also offer our hand for the maintenance whether its a first time delivery of the tank and setup or a monthly service. We will come out to your house or place of business as often as you would like from once a week to once a year. When it comes to livestock we only carry livestock for a saltwater aquarium. We carry fish, live corals, and inverts from common to extremely rare! We have a total of 22 75gal aquariums full of saltwater fish for sale and 1 220gal tank with our pet pufferfish (stellatus puffer) Herby! We also have 6 75gal, 3 28gal cubes, and 2 rimless 25 gal perfecto cubes all full of corals! We have lots of different disigner chalices and zoa/palys, and lots of other nice colored corals. This past winter we started a seahorse system also. We are in the process of breeding different species and colors of seahorses and pipefish so we can offer captive bread horses and pipes that are eating frozen food! When it comes to drygoods we have certain things in stock like frozen and flakes. We all the supplements for your coral tank as well. Heaters, pumps, wavemakers, cleaning supplies, and other items like that I have instock at all times but tanks, skimmers, lighting, uvs and other large items I usually do on order only. I have to do my orders every thursday morning and recieve it every friday morning.
