"The Ritz Pelican" is the only townhome in the Village of Surfside Beach that has a private dune walkover to the beach. It's one of the few walkovers in Surfside that survived Ike! :)... For our Snowbird "Winter Texan" visitors it has an electric fireplace that generates lots of warmth. 8-)
