We remain very competitive with single-room lodging rates of a typical hotel/motel. Fractions of a month are billed at the daily rate of either $50 or $60 with a minimum of a 7 day stay unless you're at the end of your stay and paying for a few remaining days. All leases, regardless of length, may be extended, subject to availability. Mode of payment: All fees for the initial 7 days, including security deposits, are paid in full upon arrival. We accept cash, cashiers checks, corporate checks, money orders and personal checks. We do not accept credit cards. Returned checks will be charged late payment and service fees. All returned checks must be satisfied within 24 hours of receipt and payment must be in cash.
