Sudoku puzzles (whether they took 10 minutes or over an hour to solve) bored me to death. Because they were SO POPULAR, I decided to make similar puzzles that combined the non-mathematical and mathematical numbers puzzles using 1-9. When doing the math, you have whole numbers 0-99 at all times. After PUZLN 1-9 (registered trademark) became the official name, and a couple years of making puzzles, I began the facebook page Puzln JeweLs. It is stil getting more page fans and Followers. Each new Puzzle gets many viewers solving. A PUZLN 1-9 appeared in the October, 2011 issue of GAMES magazine, and then another appeared in the March, 2012 issue. There are 2 Mini Magazines that also became available in 2012. They have helped me donate over $1,300.00 to a friend of mine, who is battling bone cancer, and over $1,200.00 to The V Foundation for Cancer Research. Beginning March 1, 2016, Number-Crunching Sudoku, the first book of PUZLN 1-9 puzzles will be available at Barnes and Noble, and other bookstores throughout the world.
