Go back to the gilded age of time when collecting spoons was a passion. Tour the spoon gallery with the rarest and oldest sterling silver spoons from around the world. Mississippi spoon gallery is a place the entire family will enjoy. The museum is located in the heart of the Quad Cities. While we specialize in our unique and ever-growing spoon displays, we also host events including wedding, baby showers, book clubs or other events up to 35 people or less. You can join us for our Wine Wednesday club, meeting the first Wednesday of the month (21 and up)or host your private event. Don't forget to check our Events page often. We are open (appointment recommended)! Following recommendations from local officials, the RME offices where the museum is located is moving to being open by appointment. Upon consulting with our partners at the RME, we do not require appointments made in advance to enter the museum, but the offices may not be open at their regular hours throughout the week. To make sure the museum is open, please contact us Ext. 114 or email us prior to coming to the museum or to schedule a time to come. We ask that while in the RME and the museum itself, please practice safe distancing to help slow the spread.
