Ballet Petit has been training young dancers in classical ballet since 1977. Ballet Petit is now home to over 250 dancers who have chosen to focus on training in this beautiful classical art form in a wholesome and positive environment. Our calendar is divided into the Fall / Nutcracker Session (registering Aug. 15- Sept.15) , Winter/Spring/ Spring Concert Session (register Dec. 1-Jan. 15), and Summer Session (register mid May-July) . Dancers are provided two performance opportunities per year, the Nutcracker in December and the Spring Concert in May. All dancers choosing to participate in these productions must be registered for the matching session in time for casting. Ballet Petit's Nutcracker has been delighting audiences since 1979 and is the longest running in the East Bay!
