Laura now offers sessions at only the finest and exclusive studios in Claremont and the surrounding foothill areas. Sessions are available as Private and Duet lessons in Mindful STOTT Pilates and GYROTONIC exercise, along with boutique-sized small group equipment classes, and Gyrokinesis classes. Whether you are an elite triathlete or just returning to exercise we have something for everyone.
