I believe no one body is the same so I will partner with you to give you an affective, safe, and challenging session depending on your abilities and goals. You will join me in our private or semi-private sessions in which we will work with Pilates Reformer, Mat, and Tower, leaving you feeling stronger and more flexible after each session.
