I believe no one body is the same so I will partner with you to give you an affective, safe, and challenging session depending on your abilities and goals. You will join me in our private or semi-private sessions in which we will work with Pilates Reformer, Mat, and Tower, leaving you feeling stronger and more flexible after each session.

Metro Family Fitness is the fifth Family Fitness location in Michigan. The Clinton Township site is a 32,000 sq ft facility OPEN 24 HOURS. It is the most equipped gym in Macomb County with 115 stations of equipment, 50 stations of cardio, a cardio theatre, treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, recumbent bikes, and upright bikes. The club features a separate AEROBIC STUDIO and a SPIN STUDIO, offering over 60 group classes weekly. There are a variety of classes such as ZUMBA, yoga, pilates, boot camp, stability ball, powersculpt, kickboxing, boxing, self defense and much more. The brand new ladies only section is a private area for stretching and abdominal exercises, this area also features a circuit of Paramount Lady while still giving access to the rest of the facility.
