Husband and wife team Glen and Nicole Mills opened Mind, Body & Soul in hopes of providing their clients with relaxing massage and body treatments, as well as fitness, self-defense, and safety classes. Nicole's father passed away at the age of 47 from a massive heart attack. After the loss of her father Nicole was inspired to make major changes in her life, as well as others. She went back to school to become a massage therapist and graduated from the renowned Muscular Therapy Institute previously in Cambridge, MA.
