We are a group of men committed to improving ourselves as husbands, fathers and leaders in our community. We gather in the dark hours of the early morning to hold FREE bootcamp style workouts at various locations throughout the Conejo Valley. We also really like coffee and serve it up post-workouts free of charge. We welcome men of all ages (18+) and all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership. F3 La La Land is a region within the broader F3 ecosystem - a network of over 4,000 men spanning across 300 regions in the US. F3 stands for "Fitness, Fellowship & Faith" where Faith simply means the belief in something greater than yourself.
