Oom Yung Doe teaches 8 Styles of martial arts. Training in 8 complete martial arts provides you a well rounded and comprehensive mental and physical development. Every style of martial arts can help you to grow as a person whether it is a hard contact style like Tae Kwon Do or a soft meditative style like Tai chi or Qi Gong. Seattle Gracie Barra is the premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy in the Seattle metropolitan area.
