We teach karate, self defense and life skills like focus, respect and self confidence to children ages 3 and up. Our highly trained, certified staff does daily floor chats on these various life skills, reinforcing what the kids are being taught at home. Our adult program centers on self defense and cardio health. Teen and adult students have both karate and cardio kickboxing classes included in their programs at no additional cost. We also offer a seperate cardio kickboxing program for those just looking to get and stay in shape. Plumer Karate America (our Parent organization) operates five locations.
