Taekwondo Club is offered to school-aged children as an after-school program or during the day for children who are home-schooled. In this program boys and girls learn physical self-defense techniques and self-control as they develop speed, balance, flexibility, stamina, and strength while learning to set goals and earning different color belts (white belt through black belt). Children develop self-confidence and learn how to avoid dangerous situations. This program is challenging and fun. Taekwondo Club's Preschool Safety Program is designed for ages 2-6. This program teaches child friendly movements that are physically and emotionally age appropriate.
