We offer a full schedule of daily hatha yoga classes focusing on the integration of physical, emotional and spiritual alignment. The owner is a practicing yogi and rehab-specialist. He has carefully selected a teaching staff of yogis who are also physical therapists, doctors of osteopathy, physiotherapists, professional dancers and functional-anatomy specialists as well as a team of expert Cosmetologists, Estheticians, Massage therapists and Healers from all over the world. At Yoga of Sausalito, our focus is on quality of instruction, not quantity.
