Gina Mandella, RYT 200, is a passionate yoga instructor with over 20 years experience in movement and alignment. Gina specializes in smooth vinyasa flow, with elements and influences from Ineygar, Ashtanga, and Hatha Yoga. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Dance from Roger Williams University and has closely studied yoga for over three years. Gina trained under the beautiful Shawn Shaw and studied with Cindy Boulter, Anne Toupouzis, Natasha Rizopolous, Coeli March, and Gregor Singleton. She continues to grow as a student and expand her knowledge of yoga daily. Her deepest intention is to open hearts, evoke growth and acceptance, and provide guidance to others as they journey into self-discovery and inner peace. Gina believes there are immense healing powers within yoga, and she is dedicated to share and inspire others to live in their truth. She offers classes for beginners through advanced students of all ages in Putnam CT, Plainfield CT and Worcester MA.
