Mother's Embrace Yoga was "born" in 2005 and, since that time, has brought education, inspiration and relaxation to hundreds of moms-to-be and new moms. We also offer classes for those who are not expecting a baby, such as Gentle Hatha (beginners), Mixed Level Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. We have recently added a weekend class of Zumba Gold, which is a modified beginner's Zumba. Coming next? Zumba for new moms and babies!
After the baby, we have a Breastfeeding support group, a Mommy's Time support group (stretching with baby, infant massage) and a group of experts from the community whom we can call upon to help with anything that comes up.
