I have been interested in health, wellness, and fitness as long as I can remember. It all started with my Mom, Bianca Brown. An organic gardner, she always tried to serve healthy, natural foods. Bianca also read Prevention Magazine, and often quoted their advice on vitamins, health, and fitness. Physical fitness was also important to my Mom. Bianca made sure I was enrolled in swimming lessons at the y, dance classes, horse back riding, camp, etc., an activity for every season. She encouraged outside activities with one simple rule: "No TV till night fall...Go outside and play!" So thank you Mom for all your guidance and encouragement.
