We are a Baptiste Inspired Affiliate Studio with over 34 Yoga, Power Yoga, & Vinyasa Yoga classes offered each week. Our goal is to empower the Downtown Savannah Yoga communities and people through the practice of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Through the practice of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, students learn to get into the physicality of their bodies, opening hearts and minds. Though most of our hot yoga classes are heated to around 95 degrees, we do offer power Yoga for Busy People every Monday through Friday at 85 degrees. Our power yoga classes are for beginners, experienced practitioners, runners, cyclists, athletes and everyone else!
