The Yoga Lounge offers a relaxed space in which everyone is welcome to learn and practice yoga. There are beginner through intermediate classes offered in many styles of yoga along with Belly Dancing. We offer kirtan (chanting) by donation the 1st Sunday of each month. Kimberly Allen, also offers private yoga instruction as well as wellness consultations. These offerings include a comprehensive evaluation that will help her create a complete personalized program through lifestyle changes that will help keep you in balance.
