Using fully supported poses (asanas), Svaroopa ® Yoga allows students of all levels of fitness and body types to experience the full benefits of yoga. Svaroopa® Yoga is based on traditional hatha yoga poses practiced in a unique way. This style is ‘slow yoga’ consisting of a series of timed poses supported using props that every body can do. Each 90 minute class starts and ends with a guided relaxation meditation.
