She avoided back surgery with Scoliosis of 65 degrees in her Lower Lumbar by her style of In-Flight yoga that emphasizes breathing techniques, yoga props, and hanging slings from a yoga wall for spinal traction. Yoga Stop is a private oasis for all ages and body types. We treat you as an individual and offer a variety of services to compliment your goals! We offer classes for the beginner that lacks flexibility, and strength, classes for individuals that are struggling with pain, and we have different levels to accomodate everyone as they progress.
