We would like to invite people to come and join us for a great weekly workout with Shimmy with Saniyah - Bellydance Workout Classes - Browns Mill Recreation Center & Exchange Park (Saturdays 1:30 pm) WEDNESDAYS 7:00 - 8:00 pm SATURDAYS 10 am & 11:15 am (choreo/technique) *1st Class is free! *Low impact moves that tone & strengthen your upper/lower body & core *Includes Zumba-style, Pilates & Yoga moves for flexibility & cardio *Our 1 hour includes warm up and then we let our hips loose! We use combos to isolate, shimmy and move to a great mix of traditional and modern Middle Eastern, World and Western contemporary music. *No experience needed.
