Fit Alternatives & Wellness is a place to come and discover fitness options that work for you. There are many forms of fitness, and it's important to find something you like, so you stay at it! Current classes combine Yoga, Pilates & weight training for improved balance, endurance, strength and flexibility. Restorative classes available for Special Populations (PK, MS, chronic pain, etc.) All ages, stages, and genders are encouraged to attend. More classes will be added as demand requires. Wellnes on Wheels is a program designed to "Bridge the Gap" between physical therapy and ones full potential. This personal training may take place at my site or yours. This enables all to live their best quality of life! The less you think you can - the more you need it! Let the journey begin ~
