Yoga Trends is considered both at Yoga Studio and Pilates studio here in Westlake, Ohio and for online classes. Our program called “Barry Method” is a combination of both Yoga and Pilates via mat and wall work as well as with a gravity machine. Throughout the week we offer Pilates classes (Barry Method) with a machine similar to the reformer which is called the Gravity Board. Our Pilates program is considered very innovative and mentally as well as physically challenging compared to the traditional Pilates program on the mat or reformer apparatus. Currently, I teach out of my home yoga studio,located in Westlake and Palmieris Photography Studio in Avon Lake. Yoga has inspired me to look inside myself, creating energy in my mind, body and soul in many ways I thought never possible. Through the asanas (poses) and meditation I have learned to activate this amazing energy flow from within. Balance Within Yoga is a boutique of Yoga studios providing classes from beginners to advance levels for adults. Children Classes are offered one time a month as a workshop. Instructor offers yoga philosophy and meditation techniques. With a background in the mental health and health care field, Balance Within Yoga provides a wholistic learning environment for its students to learn the skill of Yoga as a tool for healing mind, body and spirit. Studio is quaint and warm. Instructor offers variety of workshops at onsite locations for schools, adult rehabilitation centers, dance studios, girls scouts and nonprofit/profit businesses.
